Hello and welcome back to Valdell!
Happy spooky season as well. I'm dressing my baby up as a pumpkin, keeping it classic for his first Halloween. :)
Anyways! On to the Orwells...

Last Time: Such an adorable family. The landscaping was redone, and it looks marvelous! Neil grew into a kiddo and is pretty cute. Still looks a lot like his Mom. Annaleise had her second baby as well, the night of the new bowling alley opening! This time it is a girl, named Adina. She is a good mix of both Annaleise and Mark, and will be their last child. The main focus now is growing their two businesses for the kids in the future, and puppies of course!
Also, Theo and Annaleise are fighting after Mark flirted with another sim at Andrew Bittner's party two updates ago...

Annaleise is furious with her husband after he had a litle too much to drink and flirted with this sim, Dita, at the Bittner's party, right in front of her!

After a poor apology, Theo headed off to his business, Galaxy Lanes

It was a short shift because Theo had to hurry home and catch his son's birthday party!


Back at home, Annaleise invited her family over for the party
She was very happy to see her mother, Erin

It's always mad panic before finding the culprits when you hearthis at a party lmao

Everyone was quick to leave after Neil blew out his candles

Anyways the fridge was empty so Annaleise took a walk to Triumph Gas Station (by Fuzzyspork) to grab some necessities
It is currently the only place in town that sells groceries since the main grocery store is waiting to be passed on to the next owner


She was hoping to have some revenge flirting (per the ROS) but couldn't bring herself to do it


The next day, Adina woke up with big dreams


And Annaleise told Theo to stay home so she could visit her business, Happy Tails, which was built by lesyasun


It was a busy shift, Anneleise spent the whole day at work


Back at home, poor Neil feels his parent's unhappiness




Theo was able to pay off his loan!
Then I realized it was time for some midlife makeovers

Neil brought Katherynne Hustler home with him and they share 2 bolts :)


Then it was suddenly Adina's birthday!!

Theo spent the day thinking about his life and marriage, and remembered his LTW of Reaching a Golden Anniversary
He realized how much he messed up, and begged Annaleise to forgive him


He must've said something right, because Anna forgave him easily this time


Neil and Adina's room got new walls and some new decor




And suddenly these two were like lovestruck teenagers again




Neil got stuck with dog washing most of the round lmao


It was Saturday, so the family decided to go spend some quality time together at the park






Theo grilled up some hotdogs

They had a really good outing!


Theo and Annaleise made it a date. I thought this was super cute






The next morning... gross, Neil!!!

Theo brought Neil along to his business. They took some cute pictures together before opening up. So cute!
Neil will probably inherit this place in the future, time to get familiar with it!


Neil was more interesting in meeting some fellow teens though.
Summer Meadows and him got along great!


The place was packed, so Theo decided to open up the bar


Scarlet Broke (right) was happy to have a drink

Woohoo! Theo has unlocked most perks from his previous business, so I guess we will do the motivation panel? What else do you even pick after money? lmao


Later that night, Malta Both stopped by to fix up some appliances.
She used to be the university mascot and, I guess, likes to relive those old days lol






Back to the dog washing, Neil!








Annaleise had another shift at her business


She rolled to have a very busy day, and her staff could barely keep up




Benjamin Weeks (by Keoni) loved the place


This is how everyone lined up to pay, oof


We rearranged a bit before heading home


Meanwhile, I realized I had the wrong two doggos make puppies!
Oops




They were named Dustin and Darren, and were put up for adoption right away


At the end of the week, Annaleise still found herself a little bit furious with Theo, but at least they are back in love

- I thought for sure this couple would break up after the whole Theo flirting with the mom in law thing, but surprisingly Annaleise took it well and was pretty friendly toward Theo
Phew because I don't know how these two breaking up would work
